HHG: Board Resolution

On 02 Jun 2015, Hoang Ha Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution as follows:

Article 1: Approve the listing additional 3,000,000 shares of Hoang Ha Joint Stock Company which were issued from 08 Apr 2015 to 14 Apr 2015 via the private placement on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX)

- Type of share: Common share with one year restriction of transfer since the offering ended

- Expected listing time: In Q.II/ 2015 after being accepted for the additional listing by Hanoi Stock Exchange

Article 2: The resolution takes effect as from the signing date. Members of Board of Directors, Management Board and related Divisions take responsibility for performing the resolution.
