HEV: Board Resolution

On 25/06/2015, Higher Educational and Vocational Book JSC announced board resolution as follows:

1. Approve the estimation for the operating result of the first 06 months of 2015

- Total revenue:             Expected to reach 105% compared with the previous year

- Profit before tax:         Expected to reach 106% compared with the previous year

2. Approve the selection for the auditor for the FS 2015: AAC Accounting and Auditing Co., Ltd.

3. Human resource

- Approve the resignation of Mr. Doan Van Manh

- Approve Mr. Do Huu Phu to be Chief of Book Editorial Board

- Recruit Ms. Vu Thi Van to be Book Editor.
