On 24/06/2015, Dong A Paint JSC supplement information about the time of the transfer restriction of shares issued in the private placement as follows:

Number of additional listed shares: 8,530,000 shares

Including:

- 5,600,000 shares issued in the private placement for creditors to clear liabilities are restricted on transfer according to the Decision No. 09/2014/NQ-HDQT of Dong A Paint JSC

- The time of transfer restriction: From 28/05/2015 to 28/05/2016.
