COM: Board resolution on dividend payment

Materials Petroleum Joint Stock Company announced the board resolution dated June 23, 2015 regarding cash dividend payment for 2014 and 2015 as follows:

-         The third dividend payment for 2014: 5% (VND500 for a share)

-         The first dividend payment for 2015: 10% (VND1,000 for a share)   

-         Time of payment: at the end of July 2015
