-          Expected mobilized capital: VND500,676,120,000

-          Starting date: September 03, 2014

-          Finish date: November 24, 2014

2)     Report use of proceeds from the public offering: 

-          The company has used VND213.51 billion to invest for investment project – Sao Mai Binh Khanh 5 Luxury Urban as of March 31, 2015.

-           The company has used VND57.04 billion to invest for Tan Hiep, Kien Giang Residential Area as of March 31, 2015.
