Article 1: Approving the profit and loss in 2015:
– Revenue: VND160,458 million
– State budget payable: VND16,046 million
– Profit before tax: -VND51,037million
– Profit after tax: -VND40,034million
– Investment: VND5,522 million
Article 2: Approving the business plan for 2015:
– Revenue: VND298,533million
– State budget payable: VND40,499million
– Profit before tax: VND2,480 million
– Profit after tax: VND1,934 million
– Investment: VND7,500 million
Article 3: Approving the investment plan for 2015.
Article 4: AGM approved to amend the Articles of Association
Article 5: AGM approved to elect the BOD Chairman concurrently as CEO
Article 6: Authorizing the Board of Directors to choose one of three auditing companies to audit financial statements in 2014.
