TAC: Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2015

Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company has announced the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2015 as follows:

Article 1: AGM approved the profit and loss, the 2014 audited financial statements, report of the Board of Directors on operation, report of the Board of Supervisors operation in 2014:

-          Output:                         155,462 tons

-          Revenue:          VND4,123,378,365,725

-          Profit before tax:           VND79,704,385,915

-          Profit after tax:              VND63,258,680,363

Article 2: AGM did not approve the business plan, profit and dividend for 2015:

Article 3: AGM did not approve the plan of profit distribution, funds and dividend for 2014:

Article 4: AGM did not approve the remuneration for the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors paid in 2014 and the plan pay in 2015:

Article 5: Selecting an auditing firm for 2015: Assigning the BOD to decide the choosing an auditing firm for the fiscal 2015.

Article 6: This resolution took effect from April 23, 2015.
