Mai Linh Central JSC announces change in the BOD and Supervisory Board as follows:

-          Mr. Ho Huy has been appointed Chair of the BOD and Legal Representative of the Company.

-          Mr. Vo Thanh Nhan has been appointed Vice Chair of the BOD.

-          Ms. Tran Thi Bich Thuy has been appointed Chief of Supervisory Board for the period of 2015-2019.
