- Mr. Trinh Ngoc Hien has  resigned from Chair of the Board with effect since 24/04/2015

-  Ms. Nguyen Phuong Khanh has  resigned from Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 24/04/2015

-  Mr. Huynh Ba Thang Long has been appointed Chair of the Board with effect since 24/04/2015

- Mr. Duong Dinh Khoi has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 24/04/2015.
