HNX: Adjustment of KSC shares\u2019 reference price on the UPCoM market
According to Notice No.597/TB-VSD on record date and confirmation of KSC shareholder list issued by VSD on 07/05/2013, 18/05/2015 is the ex-date of KSC shares for dividend payment with rate of 15.5% (Shareholders are entitled to receive VND 1,550 for every share they own.). Because the reference price of KSC shares is VND 1,200 on 18/05/2013 (smaller than value of the paid dividend) and KSC had no any transaction for more than 25 continuous sessions, HNX won’t adjust the reference price and apply trading collar of ± 40%. KSC stock will not be included in the UPCoM Index calculation on 18/05/2015.
