HTC: Board Resolution

HOCMON Trade Joint Stock Company announced the board resolution No. 27 approved on 12/05/2015 as follows:

Article 1. Approve the dividend payment 2014 – third round as follows:

-       Exercise rate: 5%/share (one share receives VND500)

-       Dividend payment: VND2,625,000,000

-       Authorize Board of Directors to decide the record date for dividend payment

Article 2: Authorize Board of Directors to implement legal procedures

Article 3: This resolution goes into effect on date of signature.
