4)    Total volume: 14,030,000 shares

5)    Outstanding volume: 13,780,000 shares

6)    Treasury volume: 250,000 shares

7)    Expected issue volume: 689,000 shares

8)    Total issue value: VND6,890,000,000.

9)    Issue ratio (Expected issue volume/Total volume): 5%

10) Financial resource: the 2013 undistributed after-tax profit.  

11) Record date: May 06, 2015

12) Plan to deal with fractional shares: The fractional shares (if any) will be bought back at the par value by the Company.
