SVC: SVC transfers land-use right and transfers stake

Saigon General Service Corporation announced the board resolutions regarding the transfer of land-use right and stake as follows:

1)     Board Resolution No.12 dated March 26, 2015:

-  The Board of Directors approved to transfer the land-use right in National Highway 13, Hiep Binh Phuoc ward, Thu Duc district, Hochiminih city, in order to withdraw capital to invest in other major projects. 

2)     Board Resolution No.15 dated March 26, 2015:

-  The Board of Directors approved to transfer the capital contributed in Dong do Thanh Co., Ltd. at VND11,500/share.
