HBC: Correction to the sale of treasury shares
Because of typing error, the number of treasury shares registered to sell, which was announced in the board resolution No.03 dated March 27, 2015, was wrong. Therefore, Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation has corrected as follows:
- Number of treasury shares registered to sell: 3,972,490 shares (instead of 3,972,390 shares).
