MWG: CEO’s report February 2015 Mobile World Investment Corporation reported summary of business result in February 2015 as follows:
- Accumulated revenue of the first 02 months in 2015 reached VND3,836 billion. Compared with the 2015 plan is VND23,590 billion, MWG has completed 16% of plan for 2015
- Profit after tax of accumulated first 02 months in 2015 reached VND165 billion. Compared with the 2015 plan is VND886 billion, MWG has completed 18.6% of plan for 2015
- Online revenue of accumulated first 02 months in 2015 reached VND230 billion. Compared with the 2015 plan is VND2,000 billion, MWG has completed 11.5% of plan for 2015
- In the first 02 months of 2015, MWG opened 28 thegioididong.com new stores and 02 dienmay.com new stores. Until the end of February, MWG is 394 stores nationally with consists of 372 thegioididong.com stores and 22 dienmay.com stores.
- MWG was successfully held on March 06, 2015 at Grand Palace Convention – 142/18 Cong Hoa, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, HCMC as follows:
- Approving the 2014 audited financial statements with revenue VND15.757 billion and profit after tax VND674 billion
- Approving business plan for 2015 with revenue VND23,590 billion and Profit after tax 886billion
- Approving plan of issuing bonus shares to existing shareholders with exercise ratio 4:1
- Approving ESOP policy for early 1,000 Managers according to percentage of completion of the business plan 2015
