-          Legal representative: Mr. Nguyen Van De

2)     Name of owner: Sucrerie de Bourbon Tay Ninh

3)     Charter capital: USD12,000,000 (Sucrerie de Bourbon Tay Ninh contributed 100% of the charter capital).
