On April 01, 2015, the Board of Directors of Daiviet Securities Incorporation approved the personnel changes as follows:

-          Ms. Hoang Thi Tam resigned as CEO, effective from April 01, 2015.

-          Mr. Truong The Hai was appointed as Acting CEO in 45 days from April 01, 2015.
