SQC: Stock under temporary trading suspension

Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.18/QD-SGDHN dated 17/01/2014 by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces the temporary suspension of SQC stock as follows:

-          Issuer:  Saigon – Quy Nhon Mining corporation

-           Stock code: SQC

-            Effective date: 15/04/2015

      -      Reason: The Company has not remedied the cause for which stock has been put under supervision. SQC stock is suspended from trading in accordance with the provisions of Point  3  Article 14 of the Listing Regulations.

Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when SQC stock is allowed to be traded again after the Saigon – Quy Nhon Mining corporation remedies the cause for being put under trading suspension.
