HBE: Stock under temporary trading suspension

Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDHN dated 17/01/2014 by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces the temporary suspension of Ha Tinh Book and Equipment Education JSC’s stock as follows:

-          Issuer: Ha Tinh Book and Equipment Education JSC

-          Stock code: HBE

-          Effective date: 10/04/2015

-          Reason: Company has not explained the cause for which stock has been put under supervision, after being warned by HNX. HBE stock is suspended from trading in accordance with the provisions of Clause 3, Article 13 of HNX’s Listing Regulations.

Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when HBE stock is allowed to be traded again after Ha Tinh Book and Equipment Education JSC remedies the causes for being put under trading suspension.
