SII: Board Resolution No.02

On March 25, 2015, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation issued Resolution No.02/NQ-HDQT-2015. Accordingly, the Board of Directors allowed Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation to purchase shares of Tan Hoa Water Supply Joint Stock Company with a maximum quantity of 1,432,900 shares (accounting for 28.66% of charter capital of Tan Hoa Water Supply Joint Stock Company).
