On April 10, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange had Announcement No.416/TB-SGDHCM on putting stock of Royal International Joint Stock Corporation under control:

-         Stock of Royal International Joint Stock Corporation will be traded again but put under control as of April 14, 2015.

-         Reference price on April 14, 2015: equal to the close price of RIC on April 09, 2015

-         Price range: +/- 7% of the reference price.
