PVD: Notice of extension of time for holding AGM 2015

Petrovietnam Drilling & Well Service Corporation has declared the extension of time for holding the 2015 annual general meeting by May 25, 2015. Besides, the Corporation is asking the Vietnam Securities Depository to make another list of shareholders for AGM 2015 on April 22, 2015 (the previous list on the record date of April 03, 2015 will be cancelled).
