HU3: Explanation for consolidated business results in quarter 4, 2014

HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company has explained business results in quarter 4, 2014 compared with in quarter 4, 2013 as follows:

-         Consolidated profit after tax in Quarter 4, 2014 was VND 8.908 billion, decreasing 28.8% compared to the same period of 2013.

-         Revenue from sales and services supply in Quarter 4, 2014 was VND 135.328 billion, decreasing 32.47% compared to the same period of 2013.

-         Reason:

• In Quarter 4, 2014, the company continued to accelerate the handover of apartments at HUD3 Tower Building project and accelerating settlement of constructions. But, revenue from new apartments of HU3 Tower did not meet the plan.
