CYC: CYC Put into Warning Status

On April 02, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.99/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Chang Yih Ceramic Joint Stock Company (stock code: CYC) into warning status as from April 09, 2015.

-         Reason: The profit after tax in 2014 was –VND13.44 billion and undistributed profit after tax was VND11.8 billion. This is the case of securities warned, regulated at Point b, Item 1.1, Article 15 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
