SJD: HOSE receives the documents for shares listing change

On March 12, 2015, Hochiminh Stock Exchange has issued Announcement No.291/TB-SGDHCM on receiving documents to change its shares listing after merging of Can Don Hydro Power Joint Stock Company:

-          Charter capital: VND459,991,500,000.

-          Registered volume: 5,000,000 shares (these shares were issued for swapping shares of Na Loi Hydropower Joint Stock Company into SJD shares)

-          Total number of shares after changing listing: 45,999,150 shares.

-          Consulting company: Kim Long Securities Corporation.  

-          Date of receipt of the documents: March 10, 2015.
