-         Effective delisting date: April 23, 2015

-         Reason: General Materials Biochemistry Fertilizer Joint Stock Company violated Article 60.1(dd) of Decree 58/2012/NĐ-CP dated 07/20/2012 by the Government because it had losses (audited) in three consecutive years.
