-         Number shares before additional listing: 9,600,000 shares

-         Additional volume: 2,400,000 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND24,000,000,000

-         Number shares after additional listing: 12,000,000 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND120,000,000,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: March 19, 2015

-         Reason of additional listing: offering shares to strategic partners, the existing shareholders and employees according to the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2014 dated April 20, 2014.
