PetroVietnam Securities Incorporated announces change in the Board of Directors as follows:

1. The Annual General Meeting of shareholders 2015 has approved the resignation of Mr. Pham Quang Huy from Director cum Manager and the appointment of Mr. Trinh The Phuong to be Director term 2012 – 2016 with effect from 11/02/2015.
2. The Annual General Meeting of shareholders 2015 has appointed Ms. Hoang Hai Anh to be Chair of the Board cum Manager.
