MDF: Change in key members

MDF VRG Quang Tri Wood Joint Stock Company announced the change in the BOD and Supervisory Board as follows:
1. Change in the BOD:
- Mr. Le Minh Chau has resigned from Chair of the Board and Mr. Do Huu Phuoc has been appointed Chair of the Board;
- Mr. Ngo Quang Minh has resigned from Director and Mr. Vo Van Thanh has been appointed Director.
So members of the BOD for term 2015 - 2020 as follows:
- Mr. Do Huu Phuoc: Chair of the Board
- Mr. Vo Van Thanh: Director
- Mr. Van Luu: Director
- Mr. Huynh Huu Minh: Director
- Mr. Cao Thanh Nam: Director
2. Change in the Supervisory Board (SB):
- Mr. Van Duc Dung has resigned from Chief of SB and Mr. Le Chien Sy has been appointed Chief of SB;
- Mr. Nguyen Tang Vu has resigned from Member of SB and Mr. Phan Thanh Minh has been appointed Member of SB.
So members of the SB for term 2015 - 2020 as follows:
- Mr. Le Chien Sy: Chief of SB
- Mr. Phan Thanh Minh: Member
- Ms. Pham Thi Van: Member
