OGC: Extension of the submission date for Q4, 2014 financial statements (the second time)

On March 17, 2015, Hochiminh Stock Exchange received Document No. 070/2015/CV-OGC dated March 13, 2015 by Ocean Group Joint Stock Company suggested an extension of the submission date for the financial statements of Quarter 4, 2014 (for the second time) until April 14, 2015. Reason: Oceanbank - Joint venture could not complete Quarter 4, 2014 due to the bank had important changes in management.
