Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company declared the board resolution dated March 16, 2015 as follows:

-          To approve the 2014 audited financial statements.

-          To approve the meeting date of the 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders: April 25, 2015.

Article 2: To authorize the BOD Chairman to decide a record date for the 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders.
