NBB: Report on the result of the second private placement of bonds

NBB Investment Corporation has reported the result of private placement of corporate bonds as follows:

1)    Information on the result of private placement of corporate bonds:

-         Expected issue volume: VND 600,000,000,000.

-         Real issue volume: VND 31,342,000,000 (the second stage)

-         Purpose: to co-operate to invest in City Gate Towers project.

-         Bond term: 03 years

-         Bond type: secured corporate bond

-         Nominal interest rate: 10%/year

-         Issue date: February 26, 2015

-         Due date: September 09, 2017

-         Interest payment: The bond interest will be paid on December 31 and June 30, and according to the agreement between NBB and Creed Investments VN-1 Ltd dated September 09, 2014.

2)    List of bondholders:

All bonds were issued to Creed Investments VN-1 Ltd, a limited company established under the laws of British Virgin Islands.
