MDG: MDC changes operation model of its members
Mien Dong Joint Stock Company (MDC) announced to change operation model of Mien Dong 2 Construction Enterprise and Mie Dong 9 Construction Enterprise into Limited Companies as follows:
- Mien Dong 2 Construction Enterprise into Mien Dong 2 Civil Industrial Construction Limited Company with charter capital of VND3 billion. The legal representative: Mr. Nguyen Luon Quan.
- Mien Dong 9 Construction Enterprise into Mien Dong 9 Civil Industrial Construction Limited Company with charter capital VND3 billion. The legal representative: Mr. Le Van Tuan.
