Vinaship Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:
- Approving the resignation of Mr. Do Van Hoi as Chairman of the BOD.
- Approving the resignation of Mr. Mai Xuan Ngoat as Deputy CEO cum Director in charge of transport and unloading services enterprises.
- Appointing Mr. Mai Xuan Ngoat, a member of the BOD as Chairman of the BOD n the term 2012-2017.
- Appointing Mr. Do Hung Duong as a member of the BOD.
