ITA: Decision on additional listing

On March 10, 2015, HOSE had Decision No.64/QD-SGDHCM to allow Tan Tao Investment and Industry Corporation to list additional shares on the exchange:

-         Number of shares before changing listing: 719,047,911 shares

-         Additional volume: 119,376,938 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND1,193,769,380,000

-         Number of shares after changing listing: 838,424,849 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND8,384,248,490,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: March 12, 2015 

-         Reason of additional listing:  to issue a private placement to swap debt.
