The Board of Directors of Cuchi Commercial And Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company approved to adjust its plan of issuing new shares to raise charter capital as follows:

-          Stock type: common stock

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Current charter: VND133,986,200,000

-          Number of outstanding shares: 13,195,860 shares

-          Number of shares to be issued for its charter capital raising: 6,597,930 shares

-          Value of issued shares: VND65,979,300,000

-          Exercise ratio: 2:1 (a shareholder owning 02 shares at the record date will be entitled to buy 01 new share).

-          Time of implementation: estimated in Quarter 3, 2015.
