Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution No. 04 as follows:

Article 1: The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Hoang Trong Giang, Mr. Luong Hoai Tran, Mr. Nguyen The Trong as Vice President.

Article 2: The BOD approved to appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Tien, Mr. Tran Xuan Bao, Mr. Nguyen The Trong as CEO, Financial Manager, Technical Manager respectively.
