BIC: The Record Date for AGM 2015 & Cash Dividend 2014

On March 17, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.319/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of BIDV Insurance Corporation (stock code: BIC) as follows:

-         Ex-right date: March 24, 2015 

-         Record date:  March 26, 2015                     

-         Purpose: to organize the 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and pay the interim cash dividend for 2014.

1)     The 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

• Meeting date: 8:30am, April 20, 2015           
• Meeting venue: 21st Floor, Tower A, Vincom, 191 Ba Trieu, Ha Noi

2)     The interim cash dividend for 2014:
