On March 24, 2015, HOSE announced the record date for the 2015 Annual General Meeting of Petrovietnam Drilling & Well Service Corporation as follows:

-         Stock symbol:   PVD                

-         Ex-right date:                April 01, 2015

-         Record date:                 April 03, 2015

-         Purpose: to organize the 2015 Annual General Meeting

-         Meeting time:      estimated  from April 22, 2015 to May 31, 2015

-         Meeting venue:  will be noticed later.

-         Contents:

• Report on profit and loss in 2014, and business plan for 2015;
• The audited financial statements in fiscal year 2014;
• Report of the Board of Supervisors in 2014 and plan for 2015;
• Plan for dividend and profit distribution in 2013 and plan for 2014;
• Approval for remuneration of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors in 2015;
• Other relating issues.
