APC: Board Resolution No.05

An Phu Irradiation Joint - Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.05 dated March 10, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: To approve the repurchase of all shares which were distributed in the employee stock ownership plan on October 07, 2014 from the resigned staff, at VND10,000/share, as follows:

-          Mr. Dao Hong Phuc. Quantity: 1,720 shares.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
