CII: CII completes the 1st share transfer to foreign partner

Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment JSC declared the following information:

1)     On March 11, 2015, Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment JSC completed the first transfer with 20 million CII shares (equivalent to VND200 billion) and completed the first issue with 491,275 convertible bonds (equivalent to VND491.275 billion), in the total of VND1,020 billion convertible bonds, to Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC). The total of proceeds will be more than VND1,029 billion.

2)     The Company will use the proceeds above to pay the first dividend for 2014 as announced.
