VHG: Report on using the proceeds of share offering

Viet - Han Corporation has reported the result of using the proceeds of the public offering under Issuance Certificate No.40/GCN-UBCK granted by the State Securities Commission on May 21, 2014:

1)     The result of using the proceeds of the public offering:

-         Stock type: Common Stock

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Offering volume: 37,500,000 shares

-         Total proceeds from the share offering: VND375,000,000,000

-         First offering date: June 25, 2014

-         Last offering date: August 16, 2014

2)     Result of using the proceeds of the share offering:

-         Total net proceeds from the share offering will be used to invest in subsidiary – Viet Han Rubber JSC by VND84.6, to invest in subsidiary – Que Viet – Quang Nam Co., Ltd by VND60 billion, to restructure the company and add the Company’s working capital.
