REE: REE to hold AGM & pay 16% dividend for 2014

Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation announced Board Resolution No.04 dated February 02, 2015 regarding the annual general meeting (AGM) and the dividend payment for 2014 as follows:

1)     The record date for the annual general meeting (AGM) and the dividend payment for 2014: February 27, 2015

2)     Organizing the annual general meeting for fiscal year 2014:

-          Time: 8:00am, March 27, 2015

-          Place: The meeting room of E.Town Building, 364 Cong Hoa, ward 13, Tan Binh district, Hochiminh city.

3)     Paying the interim dividend for 2014:

-          Pay-out ratio: 16%/par value (VND1,60001 share)

-          Payment date: April 01, 2015.

-          Payment method: in cash

-          Financial resource: the 2014 profit after tax and undistributed profit in 2014.
