TMT: Explanation for business result in Q4, 2014

TMT Motor Joint Stock Company explained business result in Q4/2014 compared to Q4/2013 as follows:

1)     Parent company business result:

-       Net revenue in Quarter 4, 2014 increased sharply, reaching VND519.33 billion compared to the same period of 2013 (in 2013 net revenue was VND172.45 billion, increasing VND346.88 billion or 201%). Gross profit was VND59.097 billion, increasing VND40.09 billion or 211% (in 2013: gross profit was VND19 billion) and after tax profit in Quarter 4, 2014 increased VND15.15 billion or 127%.

-       Accumulation in 2014, the Company’s net revenue was VND1,313.56 billion, increasing VND865.60 billion  (or 193.23) compared to the same period of 2013. After tax profit increased VND58.42 billion or 4,437% compared to the same period of 2013.

2)     Consolidated business result:

-       Net revenue in Quarter 4, 2014 increased sharply, reached VND534.16 billion, increasing VND347.31 billion (or 186%) compared to the same period of 2013; Gross profit in Quarter 4, 2014 increased VND43.45 billion (or 212%) compared to the same period of 2013; After tax profit in Quarter 4, 2014 was VND29.96 billion, increasing by 145% compared to the same period of 2013.

-       Business result in 2014 increased sharply in which: the Company’s net revenue was VND1,367.49 billion, increasing VND820.01 billion or 150% compared to the same period of 2013; After tax profit was VND64.06 billion, increasing 1,033% compared to the same period of 2013 because the company has issued measure to restructure wholly. Thank to restructuring net revenue in 2014 increased by 193% (parent company) and 172% but cost of goods sold only increased 191% and 192%; General & administration expenses increased by 16.87% and 34%.
