HAP: Reminded of late information disclosure

On January 29, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received Official Document 2014 Corporate Governance Report. Accordingly, Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company issued Resolution No.06/NQ-HAP dated December 01, 2014 approved to issues bonus shares, issue shares to public to add fund for Green International Hospital project and Resolution No.07/NQ-HAP dated December 12, 2014 approved business plan and the use of proceeds from public offering according to Resolution No.06.NQ-HAP dated December 01, 2014. However, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange has received no Resolutions. Therefore, HOSE would like to remind and ask the company to disclosure information as regulated.
