SGT: Reminded of late information disclosure

On October 13, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Official Document No.1467/SGDHCM-NY to remind Saigon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation to submit late disclosure on Saigon Color Media JSC was no longer as subsidiary from December 30, 2014. On December 30, 2014, the Board of Directors of Saigon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation approved to transfer contribution capital at Saigon Color Media JSC from 51% to 13.97% (until December 31, 2014, SGT was no longer as subsidiary of SGT).
