Thien Long Group Corporation announced Board Resolution No.01/2015 dated January 07, 2015 regarding the capital increase as follows:

a.       Charter capital registered: VND 232,979,150,000

b.       Amount of charter capital increased: VND 34,945,110,000

c.       Charter capital after change: VND 267,924,260,000

d.       Form of capital increase: to issue shares to pay the second dividend payment of 2013.
