NCT: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2014

Noibai Cargo Terminal Services Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on January 12, 2015 :

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for the second phase of 2014 dividend in cash:

-          Record date: 16:00 January 26, 2015

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 40%/ Charter capital (VND4,000/ share)

-          Payment date:   February 06, 2015         

Article 2:  The Board of Directors authorized the CEO to implement.
