SMA: SMA extends the dividend payment date

In the previous announcement, the 2011 dividend payment date of Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company will be December 31, 2014, with a payment ratio of VND1,200/share.

However, because of difficult financial situation, the Company cannot arrange for payment, so the Company would like to pay the 2011 dividend on January 30, 2015, with a payment ratio of VND1,200/share.

Other contents were not changed.
