NAV: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2014

Nam Viet Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on January 08, 2015 :

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for 2014 dividend in cash:

+ Dividend pay-out ratio:             6%/ par value (VND600/ share)

+ Payment date:                        expected on February 12, 2015  

Article 2:  This resolution takes effect from January 08, 2015.
